Information We May Collect

We follow the principle of data minimization and seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

2.1 Account and Identity Information

When you create or access an account or use a third-party authentication service, we may process:

  • your game account or internal player ID;
  • username, nickname, or display name;
  • email address;
  • unique identifiers provided by authentication providers;
  • information provided by services such as Sign in with Apple according to your authorization;
  • account creation date, login records, and account status.

If you choose an email privacy feature offered by an authentication provider, we may receive only a relay email address or another pseudonymous identifier. We do not ask you to provide us with passwords for your third-party accounts.

2.2 Gameplay and Service Usage Information

We may process information necessary to operate the Game, including:

  • gameplay progress;
  • campaign, map, and mission progress;
  • player levels, achievements, and statistics;
  • game settings and preferences;
  • in-game resources and state;
  • session start and end information;
  • feature usage.

The Game stores progress, settings, and gameplay state locally on your device. If you choose to use account sync or another online feature, we process the account, session, and gameplay data needed to provide that feature.

2.3 Device, Network, and Technical Information

We may automatically collect:

  • device model and device type;
  • operating system and version;
  • Game version and build number;
  • language and country or region settings;
  • IP address;
  • network connection information;
  • system and application performance data;
  • crash reports;
  • error logs and diagnostic information;
  • device or application-instance identifiers made available by the operating system or platform.

Unless a feature clearly requires such access and appropriate permission has been obtained, the Game is not intended to access your contacts, precise location, health information, biometric data, photos, camera, or microphone as part of its ordinary functionality.

2.4 Customer Support Information

If you contact us, we may collect:

  • your email address;
  • player ID;
  • the content of your request;
  • screenshots, logs, or attachments you voluntarily provide;
  • technical information relevant to resolving the issue;
  • records of our communications with you.

Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unrelated to your support request.

2.5 Analytics and Diagnostic Information

Depending on your location, device settings, applicable law, and privacy choices, we may process:

  • feature usage;
  • interface or gameplay events;
  • game performance;
  • frame rate and loading metrics;
  • crash and error information;
  • service stability information;
  • aggregated or de-identified product analytics.

Where applicable law requires consent, we will obtain the required consent before such processing and provide a method to withdraw consent or disable the relevant optional processing.

03

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data solely for monetary consideration. We may disclose information as necessary to the following categories of recipients.

4.1 Platforms and App Stores

For purposes such as authentication, application distribution, platform security, and compliance.

4.2 Cloud and Infrastructure Providers

For purposes such as server hosting, storage, content delivery, cybersecurity, and backup services.

4.3 Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Technical Service Providers

Where implemented, service providers may assist us with crash diagnostics, performance analysis, product analytics, and security monitoring.

We require service providers processing personal information on our behalf to provide appropriate protections and process information only as authorized.

4.4 Legal Requirements and Corporate Transactions

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. Information may also be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

05

International Data Transfers

We provide Services to users in multiple countries and regions. As a result, information may be processed or stored outside your country or region.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or other cross-border transfer rules apply, we will use appropriate transfer mechanisms where required, which may include:

  • adequacy decisions;
  • Standard Contractual Clauses;
  • applicable international data transfer agreements or addenda;
  • other safeguards permitted by applicable law.
06

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Account and gameplay service records may generally be retained while your account remains active and thereafter for a reasonable period necessary to complete account deletion, security, dispute-resolution, and compliance processes.

Following a valid account deletion request, personal data that is not required to be retained will generally be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Because of the nature of backup systems, residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until the applicable backup cycle expires.

Transaction, anti-fraud, dispute, accounting, tax, or legally required records may be retained for longer periods where required or permitted by law. Irreversibly anonymized information that can no longer identify an individual may be retained for statistics and product improvement.

07

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our Services, which may include:

  • access controls;
  • privilege separation;
  • encryption in transit;
  • security logging;
  • secure development practices;
  • infrastructure security;
  • data minimization;
  • backup and recovery controls.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

08

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • obtain information about whether we process your data;
  • access personal data;
  • receive a copy of personal data;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • receive portable data;
  • withdraw consent;
  • lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may exercise applicable rights through available in-game privacy or account controls, or by contacting support@yondera.ai. We may reasonably verify your identity before processing certain requests in order to protect your account and personal information.

09

Account Deletion

If the Game allows account creation, we will provide a mechanism for users to request deletion of their account. Account deletion generally means that:

  • the game account is closed;
  • personal information associated with the account that does not need to be legally retained is deleted or anonymized;
  • a deleted account may not be recoverable.

Deleting the Game from your device does not necessarily delete your Game account.

10

California Privacy Rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies, California residents may have rights including:

  • the right to know;
  • the right to access;
  • the right to delete;
  • the right to correct;
  • the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable;
  • the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable;
  • the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.

These rights are subject to applicable statutory requirements and exceptions. If we engage in activity that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable California law, we will provide any legally required notice and opt-out mechanism, including recognition of valid Global Privacy Control signals where required.

11

EEA and UK Users

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases for processing may include, depending on the processing activity:

  • performance of a contract;
  • compliance with legal obligations;
  • our or a third party’s legitimate interests;
  • consent.

Applicable rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12

Children’s Privacy

FAULTINERA: COMMAND is not designed as an online service specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Where local law establishes a higher age for an individual to independently consent to processing, the applicable local requirement will apply. If we learn that personal information of a child has been collected without legally required parental or guardian authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

Parents or guardians may contact support@yondera.ai.

13

Third-Party Services

The Game may use or interact with third-party authentication, app store, network, payment, or other services. Those third parties may process information independently under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of applicable third parties.

14

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Game functionality, data practices, applicable law, service providers, or our technical infrastructure. Where changes are material, we may provide notice through the Game, our website, or another appropriate method. The “Last Updated” date above identifies the current version.
